Cafe Tav is a roaming café cabaret, a multi-dimensional coffeehouse of modular scaffolding, galleries and projection screens. This year, at the International Arts Festival in Jerusalem (better known as Hutzot haYotzer), they asked me to perform a poem before each show and it was an honor to accept. When they asked me, a poem that I’d written years ago immediately came to mind. It is called “We Are the Music Makers.”
